We have been able to support 130 children with special needs with therapeutic and nutritional services at their home-based setting, ensuring they receive proper care and support.
We have 60 patients on hospice, all based at home, receiving the care they need in a comfortable and familiar environment with dignity and compassion.
We have trained over 80 palliative care givers and dispatched them to offer services in the community, building capacity for sustainable care.
We are currently supporting over 150 widowers in the community, helping them navigate through life after loss with counseling and practical support.
We have conducted health and wellness talks in various organizations and institutes, educating the community on healthy living and preventive care.
We won the African Most Influential Community-Based Organization (CBO) award, recognizing our dedication and impact across the continent.
